Design lead for the Commercial Business Unit. Lead the design of useful, usable, and desirable products in a team environment. Work with leadership in design planning and goal creation. Develop personas, customer journey maps, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes. Design the architecture, interface, and interaction flow of services and experiences. Provide design consulting on American Association of Railroads (AAR) projects upon request.

Principal designer for Math-Mapper, a STEM-based research project. Established consistent guidelines for the application’s overall user experience and visual design. Worked closely with researchers, software development team and other stakeholders to define product requirements. Created user workflows, wireframes, prototypes and conducting usability interviews with external partners.

Worked with a team of developers and artists in the design and creation of core features in an Agile development environment.
